If you or someone you know wants to learn to speak conversational English we can help. Our tutors will work with you one-on-one or in a small group at the local library. Students must be 18 years of age or older.
To register as a student with the Hillsborough Literacy Council, just call: 813.273.3650.
Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
If you reach the answering machine please clearly state your name and a phone number where we can reach you. We will return your call as quickly as possible.
