It doesn't take very much to help someone learn!

HLC OFFICE:
The Council office is located in the Public Relations & Partnerships Department at the John F. Germany Library in downtown Tampa. Library staff assists the Council in answering calls, sending literature, maintaining records and distributing tutoring materials. The Council works closely with a number of local literacy providers including Read Tampa Bay and the Hillsborough Family Reading Council.
